Privacy Policy

What I collect

Information you give me. When you join a waitlist, save a spot, or email me, I collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in a message (for tutoring, that may include a student's grade).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site I may record basic, non-identifying details — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and simple campaign tags (UTM parameters) — plus aggregate traffic statistics. I do not use invasive cross-site tracking or sell advertising.

How I use it

To respond to you, to email you about the class, workshop, or service you asked about, and to understand which pages and channels are useful so I can improve the site. That's it.

Tools I use

I rely on a few trusted services to run Forge, and your information may be processed by them:

• Loops — to send you email (such as a confirmation when you join a waitlist).
• Airtable — to securely store inquiries and sign-ups.
• Cloudflare — to host the site and provide privacy-friendly traffic analytics.

Each of these processes data on my behalf under their own privacy and security terms. I share your information with them only as needed to provide what you asked for.

Children and young students

Some Forge programs are for students in Grades 8–12. If a student is under the age of majority, a parent or guardian should make the sign-up and is welcome to contact me at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's information. I collect only what's needed to run the program and never more.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it — for example, to run a waitlist or respond to your inquiry — and then remove it. You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also ask me to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email me and I'll take care of it.

Where your data is stored

The tools above may store and process data on servers outside Canada (including the United States). By using the site and these forms, you understand your information may be handled in those locations under their respective protections.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
